To attract data providers to our Robotter Platform, we are building FISHNET, a decentralized Compute-over-Data Network architected for the highest possible privacy of data owners' time series data.
We use non-redundant splitting of data across different nodes on encrypted VMs (see AMD SEV) to maximize the potential cost of an adversary to retrieve the complete dataset of a user.
We chose Aleph.im as the infrastructure layer, as its characteristics match our needs:
Cheap and easy-to-use compute and storage solution, compared to L1 protocols
Support for encrypted VMs beginning of 2023
Uses signed messages for controlling data uploads and VM deployments
It is multi-chain compatible, making us independent of the L1 question
Below you will find a multi-stage Proof-of-Concept roadmap. We are building out FISHNET incrementally as we are acquiring more partners and future customers with our goal to decentralize and unify financial data hosting.
